New Hampshire · Board of Barbering, Cosmetology and Esthetics · Bar 302.05

New Hampshire requires a record of every daily and weekly foot spa cleaning. Log it in three taps.

Under N.H. Admin. Code Bar 302.05(t), every basin with circulating water is cleaned after each patron, at the end of each day and every week, and a record of the date and time of each daily and weekly cleaning is shown on request to a patron or an inspector. Techs log at the chair. The Board publishes no form, so ReadyPedi prints a record that carries the rule's own words.

Filling in a row

No boxes. Daily or weekly, in words.

ReadyPedi's record has no boxes to tick. Each row names the cleaning it records, which is the daily-or-weekly the rule asks for, beside the date, the time and the tech. These are the three rows.

Instructions

The New Hampshire questions we're asked most.

  1. Does a pipe-less foot spa count?

Yes. The rule defines a whirlpool, foot spa or spa as any basin using circulating water, and adds that pipe-less units are disinfected after each use. Set the chair as Pipe-less and it takes all three procedures.

  2. What about a plain basin without jets?

The rule's foot spa words cover basins with circulating water; a plain basin is sanitized under Bar 302.07 with no record asked for. ReadyPedi offers the two circulating kinds for New Hampshire.

  3. How long do I keep the record?

The rule names no period. It says the record is shown on request to a patron or an inspector. ReadyPedi keeps two years of history, and Inspection mode opens the last ninety days.

  4. When do I log the weekly cleaning?

After that night's End of Day. The rule's weekly cleaning comes after the day's cleaning and disinfecting, so both are logged: End of Day first, then Weekly, each on its own row.

  5. Is the rule changing?

The Board noticed a new Bar 800 chapter in September 2026. As read on October 19, 2026, its draft carries no record clause and repeals nothing in Bar 302, so 302.05(t) binds as before. ReadyPedi follows the rule in force and will follow the new one if it is adopted.

  6. Is ReadyPedi part of the Board?

No. ReadyPedi is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by the New Hampshire Board of Barbering, Cosmetology and Esthetics. It prints a record under the rule's own words from your log.
