What is ReadyPedi?
ReadyPedi is the foot spa cleaning log for nail salons, in every state. Techs log each cleaning in three taps, and the record prints the way your state asks for it. The name is one word, sometimes written Ready Pedi: ready as in inspection-ready, pedi as in pedicure.
Does my state require a cleaning record?
Every state requires the cleaning itself, at least after each client. Thirteen states and DC also require a written record of it. Find your state on the map to see what its rule asks for. Where no record is required, the log is your proof that the cleaning happened.
Do I need this if I already keep a paper log?
Paper meets the letter of the rule. It just loses, tears, and goes half-filled on a busy Saturday. An incomplete row is what gets written up. ReadyPedi keeps the record complete and pullable in a tap.
How many chairs can I add on each plan?
Plans are based on your number of chairs: Salon covers 1–24 and Mega Lounge covers 25 and up. Techs are unlimited on both, and you can upgrade any time as your salon grows.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have no long-term commitment: cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. Annual plans are a prepaid 12-month term at a discount: cancel anytime to stop renewal, and you keep access through the end of the paid year.
Does this replace my license requirements?
No. ReadyPedi helps you keep the cleaning record your state asks for. It doesn't replace your license or anything else your state board requires.
Can every tech log a cleaning?
Yes. Techs log from the shared screen at the station or from their own phone, so anyone can log a cleaning the moment it's done.
How does the referral program work?
Share the referral link from your Billing page, or give the other salon your referral code. They enter it on the signup form when they create their account. It is not a promo code, so it does not go in the checkout page's promotion box. Their first month is free once they subscribe, and you get a month free each time a salon you referred pays its first bill, up to 12 months. Months are applied as a credit to your next invoice, on monthly and annual plans alike.
